Effective interpersonal communication within an organization is critical to a healthy and productive workplace environment. As neutral third-party conflict mediators, we can provide an outside perspective on the situation, help identify the underlying source(s) of the conflict, and help the affected parties move forward in a constructive and meaningful way. 

Brittny and Kym are trained mediators and experienced in helping others navigate interpersonal conflict. Using our breadth of experience, we can identify the situations where organizations would be best served using conflict resolution. We use a skillful and sensitive approach to conflict resolution, helping individuals realize their own needs, understand the needs of others, acknowledge their own contribution to an unproductive dynamic, and recognize the need for a new approach. From there, we are able to help employees build connections, work past their differences, and improve overall communication in the future to achieve a positive workplace environment.
