Workplace Investigations

Brittny and Kym conduct independent, neutral investigations of alleged workplace misconduct, in both the public and private sectors. We have investigated claims of sexual harassment, racial and gender discrimination, retaliation, sexual assault, supervisory abrasive conduct, and a variety of other alleged misconduct. Through our workplace investigations, we help employers understand the underlying facts, circumstances, and context of a particular workplace complaint, which then allows the employer to make an informed decision about how best to respond to the complaint.

The thorough factual analysis of a workplace investigation allows an employer to more effectively redress any specific wrongdoing as well as any systemic issues that are negatively impacting the work environment. In some situations, a specific incidence of misconduct is an indication of a more pervasive problem affecting the workplace.
