Workplace Climate Assessments

Companies thrive best when their employees thrive — when their employees feel valued, respected, engaged, and fulfilled at work. When employees begin to feel undervalued, disrespected, unengaged, or unfulfilled, not only do the employees suffer individually, but an entire team (and potentially the company as a whole) suffers as well in terms of decreased productivity, lowered morale, increased attrition, and potentially increased workplace complaints and claims.

We help employers diagnose the underlying problems that give rise to employee dissatisfaction within a particular team or department so that the employer can make an informed decision as to how to correct these issues and prevent them in the future.

We work with employers to better understand employee workplace issues and pressure points within a particular team, department, or company. We consult with the employer to create a plan to best assess the particular workplace environment. This plan may include creating an anonymous survey, conducting in-person interviews with affected team members, reviewing climate surveys and performance evaluations, and discussing issues with the leadership team.
