Internal Investigations Training

As workplace investigations become more common with increased accountability and reporting structures in place, human resource specialists may be asked to take on the role of the investigator, in addition to the other hats they wear. These internal investigations can go awry, and even necessitate hiring a third party investigator, when no one in HR has the adequate experience or training. Based on their experience investigating the workplaces in variety of industries in the private, public and non-profit sector, Brittny and Kym assist organizations in developing an internal investigations practice that is robust, effective and fair.
