Brittny Bottorff, AWI-CH
Brittny Bottorff is an attorney and workplace mediator who helps organizations and individuals navigate workplace disputes with clarity, fairness, and professionalism. Her work focuses on facilitating productive conversations, rebuilding trust, and fostering healthier workplace dynamics through mediation and conflict resolution strategies.
Brittny provides workplace mediation and conflict coaching services to resolve interpersonal disputes, leadership conflicts, and team tensions. Through structured dialogue and practical problem-solving, she supports employees and employers in reaching collaborative, sustainable, and legally sound solutions. She also leads training sessions on conflict resolution, workplace civility, effective communication, and mediation techniques, equipping organizations with the tools to proactively address conflict before it escalates.
In addition to her workplace mediation practice, Brittny conducts impartial workplace investigations into complaints of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, hostile work environment, and other forms of employee misconduct. She also performs workplace assessments to help leadership identify and address patterns of conflict, enhancing team cohesion and productivity.
Brittny has served as faculty for the Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI) Training Institute, including the AWI Investigations Basics Seminar.
Brittny earned her law degree with honors from the University of Texas School of Law, where she was a member of the Order of the Coif, and her undergraduate degree summa cum laude from Baylor University, where she was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.
